The complexity of the establishment of a company varies according to the type of company. In general, limited liability companies are relatively simple to set up due to the needs of small-scale enterprises: in contrast, the establishment of joint-stock companies is relatively long and the procedures are complicated. However, in the establishment of the company, there are some basic elements that all companies must meet during the establishment phase.
