人均GDP水平与消费结构、商业业态、产业投资之间关系较为密切。发达国家和国内先进城市人均GDP突破10000美元后在消费结构、产业结构等方面具有显著特征和规律,这对青岛产业投资选择具有借鉴价值和有益启示。应依据消费结构变化、规律确定青岛产业投资方向:基于消费结构变化规律确定适度投资率和消费率;围绕消费热点进行投资方向调整与重心选择。
The per capita GDP level is more closely related to the consumption structure, business practices and industrial investment. The per capita GDP of developed countries and advanced cities in China has remarkable characteristics and laws in terms of consumption structure and industrial structure when it surpasses 10,000 U.S. dollars. This is of great value and useful enlightenment to Qingdao’s industrial investment choice. Based on changes in consumption structure and laws, the direction of industrial investment in Qingdao should be determined: to determine the appropriate investment rate and consumption rate based on the changes in the consumption structure; and to adjust the investment direction and center of gravity around the consumption hot spots.
