对异丁烷催化脱氢催化剂进行了研究, 助催化剂K2O、CuO 的引入改进了Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂的活性和抗积炭性能. 同时考察了原料气空速、反应温度以及催化剂制备的焙烧温度对K2O-CuO-Cr2O3/Al2O3 催化剂反应性能的影响. XRD 谱图表明, Cr2O3 在催化剂中高分散,700 ℃焙烧的催化剂中出现的KCuO 晶相对催化剂活性不利. 用NH3-TPD和CO2-TPD检测了催化剂表面的酸碱中心, 表明助剂K2O、CuO调变了催化剂的酸中心和碱中心, 改进了催化剂的活性.
Catalysts for the catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane have been studied. The introduction of promoters K2O and CuO improves the activity and anti-carbon deposition of Cr2O3 / Al2O3 catalysts. The effect of feed gas airspeed, reaction temperature and calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of K2O-CuO-Cr2O3 / Al2O3 catalyst were also investigated. XRD patterns show that Cr2O3 is highly dispersed in the catalyst and the KCuO crystal present in the catalyst calcined at 700 ° C is not favorable to the catalyst activity. The acid-base centers of the catalysts were measured by NH3-TPD and CO2-TPD, indicating that the promoters K2O and CuO changed the acid sites and the alkali sites of the catalysts and improved the catalyst activity.
