随着社会的发展,人民生活水平的不断提升,人民对于社会和谐有了更高的要求。针对维护最广大人民的根本利益,我国提出了依法治国的基本方略,来保障国家的长治久安、社会的稳定和谐,人民的根本利益,所以法律对于我国的社会来说是非常重要的。然而,普及法律知识就要从小做起,开设法律教学课堂,给学生讲解法律知识,培养学生的法律意识和法律思维,提升学生对于法律的应用能力,所以它具有十分特出的社会地位,对于建设社会主义法治国家和培养学生的法律素养做出了巨大的贡献。但是如何提升学校的教学质量、学生的学习效率和学生对于法律知识的应用能力,是指导教师所应该思考的问题。本文针对于如何提升学生解决问题的能力和提升学生学习效率的方法进行分析和讨论。
With the development of society and the constant improvement of people’s living standard, the people have higher requirements for social harmony. In order to safeguard the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, our country has put forward the basic strategy of governing the country according to law so as to safeguard the country’s long-term peace and stability, social stability and harmony, and the people’s fundamental interests. Therefore, the law is very important to our society. However, to popularize legal knowledge, we should start from an early age, set up legal teaching classes, explain legal knowledge to students, cultivate students ’legal awareness and legal thinking, and enhance students’ ability to apply law. Therefore, it has a very special social status. Building a socialist country governed by law and cultivating the legal literacy of students has made a tremendous contribution. However, how to improve the quality of teaching in schools, students’ learning efficiency and the ability of students to apply legal knowledge are the questions teachers should think about. This article analyzes and discusses how to improve students ’ability to solve problems and ways to improve students’ learning efficiency.
