方東美(1899-1977)長期在中央大學、臺灣大學等校從事西方哲學、中國哲學的教學,同時,又是一位立場鮮明的哲學家。他兼通中西哲學,形成了自己的認識體系,并創造了自己的哲學體系。他對原始儒家的研究,成一家之言,在现代儒學學術史與现代哲學思想史上有一定的地位。本文試作論述。
Fang Dongmei (1899-1977) has long been teaching Western philosophy and Chinese philosophy at the Central University and National Taiwan University. At the same time, Fang Dongmei is also a prominent philosopher. He combines both Chinese and Western philosophy, formed his own cognitive system, and created his own philosophical system. His research on primitive Confucianism became a saying of his own and played a certain role in the academic history of modern Confucianism and the history of modern philosophy.
