通过对国家、交通运输部及江苏省信用管理相关规划、制度文件要求的吸收、提取和继承,在分析现状存在问题、借鉴外省外行业经验的基础上,提出江苏省交通建设工程领域信用管理体系的框架构建,并明确体系建设中关键环节的重点工作任务及要求,为交通建设领域信用管理体系的构建和制度设计提供支撑和依据。
Through the absorption, extraction and inheritance of the relevant planning and system documents of the state, the Ministry of Transport and the Jiangsu Province credit management, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems and using the experience of other provinces for reference, this paper puts forward the credit management system of the transportation construction project in Jiangsu Province And clarified the key tasks and requirements of the key links in the system construction so as to provide support and basis for the construction and system design of the credit management system in the field of transportation construction.
