目的:建立同时测定舒心通脑胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A和栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(89∶11)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A及栀子苷浓度分别在0.016~0.080mg·mL-1和0.024~0.120mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.1%(RSD=1.0%)和100.0%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:本方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于舒心通脑胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and geniposide in Shuxintongnao capsule. METHODS: A Kromasil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used with 0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (89:11) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Column temperature 30 °C. Results: The hydroxysafflor yellow A and geniposide concentrations were linear in the range of 0.016-0.080 mg·mL-1 and 0.024-0.120 mg·mL-1, respectively; the average recovery rate (n=5) was 99.1%, respectively. (RSD=1.0%) and 100.0% (RSD=1.5%). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Shuxintongnao Capsule.
