将甲基氯甲基氯硅烷与苯基或对氯苯基溴化镁作用,可制得含苯基或对氯苯基的甲基氯甲基硅烷[(CH_(?))_((?)-n)(Ar)_nSiCH_2Cl]。这些氯甲基硅烷与碘化钾在丙酮溶液中作用,可得相应的碘甲基硅烷。由于三苯基氯甲基硅烷与碘化钾反应太慢,相应的碘化物系借Grignard 试剂与碘作用合成。作者等并测定其中若干亲核取代反应的速度常数,结果说明苯基增多,反应速度大为降低,而对氯苯基则影响很小。
The methyl chloromethyl chlorosilane and phenyl or p-chlorophenyl magnesium bromide can be obtained containing phenyl or p-chlorophenyl methyl chloromethyl silane [(CH _ (?)) _ ((? ) -n) (Ar) _nSiCH_2Cl]. These chloromethylsilane and potassium iodide in acetone solution, the corresponding iodine methyl silane. Since triphenylchloromethylsilane reacts too slowly with potassium iodide, the corresponding iodide is synthesized by Grignard reagent with iodine. The authors determined the rate constants of several nucleophilic substitution reactions. The results showed that the phenyl group increased, the reaction rate decreased greatly, and the p-chlorophenyl group had little effect.
