采用文献资料法、实验测试法、数理统计法等研究方法,探讨运动对老年人骨密度和体成分的影响及相关性进行分析。结果表明:规律性参与体育运动的老年人与不参与体育运动的老年人骨密度相比具有高度显著性差异(p<0.01),规律性参与体育运动的老年人的身体成分各指标优于不参与体育运动的老年人;老年人身体成分与骨密度(BMD)的相关性呈现多样化特征。认为:坚持规律性体育运动可以减缓老年人骨量减少,减少体脂含量,使身体成分结构比例趋于合理;老年人身体成分与骨密度相关性的多样化特征,使得身体成分各指标不能作为评定其骨质水平的代表。
The methods of literature review, experimental test and mathematical statistics were used to investigate the influence of exercise on the bone mineral density and body composition of the elderly and their correlation. The results showed that there was a highly significant difference (p <0.01) between the elderly with regular exercise participation and the elderly with no physical exercise, and the physical indexes of elderly with regular participation in sports were better than those without Participation in sports of the elderly; elderly body composition and bone mineral density (BMD) showed a variety of correlations.
