1979年以来,我们农村复治肺结核病人进行了门诊指导化疗,现简介工作概况及体会。对象:1.病人均按1978年复治标准选例、2.未用RFP者、3.经济条件可保证全程用药。原选77例,因经济条件变化,药物副反应、住院、死亡及误诊共取消11例,本文分析66例。66例中男性35例、女性31例。年龄16～68岁,平均35岁。病程0.5～21年,平均6年。主要病型慢纤洞20例(30.3％)、浸润性46例
Since 1979, we have conducted outpatient counseling and chemotherapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in rural areas. We have introduced the general situation and experience of the work. Subjects: 1. The patients were recuperated according to the 1978 standard selection, 2. Unused RFP, 3. Economic conditions to ensure the full medication. The original selected 77 cases, due to changes in economic conditions, side effects of drugs, hospitalization, death and misdiagnosis were canceled in 11 cases, the analysis of 66 cases. Among 66 cases, 35 were male and 31 were female. Age 16 to 68 years old, average 35 years old. Course of disease 0.5 to 21 years, an average of 6 years. The main type of slow-fiber hole in 20 cases (30.3%), invasive 46 cases
