目的：探讨口服维生素c联合口服右旋糖酐铁分散片对维持性血液透析患者血清铁指标的疗效。方法选取2012年6月-2015年6月医院血液透析中心长期维持性血液透析（透龄﹥6个月）并口服右旋糖酐铁患者86例，随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组予单纯铁剂口服治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用维生素c片，同时2组均给予适量促红细胞生成素、叶酸、维生素B12。观察3月后血清铁和血红蛋白的维持情况以及药物不良反应。结果3个月观察期结束时观察组血清铁仍维持在正常范围内的患者为95.3％（41/43例），对照组为83.7％（36/43例），2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。2组观察期结束时血红蛋白水平、平均血清铁、铁蛋白水平组间比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。2组患者肝功能正常，均无明显不良事件的发生。结论口服维生素c可维持血清铁正常范围。“,”Objective To inVestigate the clinical effect of Vitamin c combined with iron deXtran for maintaining hemo-dialysis. Results At the end of the third month,patients number with normal serum iron were 95. 3% in obserVation group,but 83. 7% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). LiVer function is normal in two groups,There are all without significant side effects. Conclusion Oral Vitamin c can maintain normal range of serum iron.
