社会林业在国外已经有20多年的历史了,而引入我国则是近几年的事。尽管如此,社会林业的思想在世界林学界广泛传播,在发展中国家,特别是在亚洲一些国家有了较快发展。作为中国林科院“林业与社会信息网”的核心网员,笔者较早接触了社会林业。经过几年的观察和思考,我深深感到,发展社会林业将是世纪之交我国林业的重要话题。
Social forestry has a history of more than 20 years in foreign countries, and the introduction into our country is a matter in recent years. Nevertheless, the idea of social forestry is widely spread in the world’s forestry community and has enjoyed rapid development in developing countries, especially in some Asian countries. As a key member of the Chinese Academy of Forestry “Forestry and Social Information Network ”, I came into contact with social forestry earlier. After several years of observation and reflection, I deeply feel that the development of social forestry will be an important topic for our country’s forestry at the turn of the century.
