目的:探索“二级”基层医院依托“三甲”托管平台调整护理管理模式保障患者安全推动专科护理工作的效果。方法:在调研的基础上结合“二级”基层医院护理现状,依托“三甲”托管平台对被托管医院的管理学习培训,通过患者安全文化和护理服务理念更新,建章立制,护理安全与质量持续改进推动专科护理工作。结果:被托管医院护理人员通过学习培训在保障患者安全的基础上推动专科护理工作发展,托管前后护理安全给药和患者身份识别错误例数明显减少,患者的满意率提升。结论:有效的托管能提高二级医院的护理水平,保障护理质量与安全,有利于基层专科护理工作推动。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of adjusting nursing management mode based on “Three-A” hosting platform of grassroots hospitals to ensure patient safety and promote specialist nursing work. Methods: On the basis of the research, combined with the status quo of nursing care in grassroots hospitals and the management training of managed hospitals by relying on the “Three A” hosting platform, the system was updated through the establishment of patient safety culture and nursing service concept, Continued improvement in nursing safety and quality to promote specialist nursing. Results: Nursing staff in managed hospitals promoted the development of nursing specialty nursing through the study and training, and significantly reduced the number of patients with safe administration and identification of patients before and after custody. The satisfaction rate of patients increased. Conclusion: Effective trusteeship can improve the level of nursing care in secondary hospitals, ensure the quality and safety of nursing care, and promote the promotion of nursing work at primary level.
