船体分段制造过程中,经校平和刨边加工过的待拼接钢板,常有锈蚀现象。为了保证拼焊质量,必须清除掉钢板边缘上的铁锈。这种清锈工作,过去是用手工操作的,不但工人的劳动强度大,而且生产效率也低。为了改变这种状况,我们在平面分段流水线的研制过程中考虑了这一问题,并于一九七六年三月,和沪东造船厂共同研制了一台板缝除锈机(图1)。经过试验和现场使用,证明该机性能良好,操作简单,达到了设计要求,比手工除锈提高效率4倍
In the process of segmenting the hull, the steel to be spliced which has been processed by leveling and beveling often has the rust phenomenon. In order to ensure the quality of the tailor-made welding, the rust on the edge of the steel plate must be removed. This clean rust work, the past is manually operated, not only the labor intensity of workers, but also low productivity. In order to change this situation, we took this issue into consideration during the development of the plane-sectioning pipeline. In March 1976, we developed a joint rust remover with the Hudong Shipyard (Figure 1 ). After testing and field use, the machine proved good performance, easy to operate, meet the design requirements, improve the efficiency of 4 times than manual rust
