应用彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）研究38例经静脉造影证实的左侧精索静脉曲张，硬化治疗前后蔓状静脉丛血液动力学改变。结果表明：CDFI应以返流征象作为本病诊断的主要依据，术后10～12个月作疗效评价较为恰当，触诊易低估精索静脉曲张的存在和复发率。CDFI不仅对精索静脉曲张作出精确地诊断和病理生理学分型，而且对疗效评价提供客观参数。
Thirty-eight cases of left varicocele confirmed by venography were studied with color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI). The hemodynamic changes of the varicocele were observed before and after sclerosis. The results showed that CDFI should be used as the main basis for diagnosis of this disease. The evaluation of the curative effect should be appropriate 10 to 12 months after operation, and the presence and recurrence of varicocele may be underestimated by palpation. CDFI is not only accurate diagnosis of varicocele and pathophysiology of typing, but also provide objective parameters for the evaluation of the efficacy.
