1998年1月10日,北京城还是像往常一样在一片繁忙中高速运转着,11时50分左右,许多人忽然感到大地的震动,当天下午的新闻,报道了自然界的一位不速之客——一次里氏6.2级的地震发生在河北省张家口地区尚义一张北地区(震中位于东经114.3度,北纬41.1度)。此次地震涉及的范围,西至包头、呼和浩特,东至天津、秦皇岛,南至石家庄、太原,包括距震中220公里的北京均有不同程度的震感。地震像一位不速之客,侵扰着人们的安全。
On January 10, 1998, Beijing was still running at a high speed as usual. At about 11:50, many people suddenly felt the shaking of the earth. In the afternoon news, an uninvited visitor in nature was reported - once An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale occurred in a northern area of Shangyi, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. The epicenter was 114.3 degrees east longitude and 41.1 degrees north latitude. The scope of the earthquake, ranging from Baotou to Hohhot to the east, to Tianjin and Qinhuangdao to the east, to Shijiazhuang and Taiyuan to the south, including Beijing from 220 km from the epicenter, all have varying degrees of sense of shock.
