模型试验是新抓斗研制的一个重要环节。本文应用相似理论,分析抓斗结构的强度、刚度、稳定性的相似原理。用量纲分析法和方程分析法求得抓斗模型试验的相似性要求和换算关系:要求单值量相似,材料相同,强度换算关系为几何缩尺倍;刚度换算关系为几何缩尺平方倍;要求稳定性相似,必须在模型抓斗的各部位配一定重量,来近似求得稳定性相似。
Model test is an important part of new grab development. In this paper, similar theory is used to analyze the similarity principle of the strength, stiffness and stability of the grab structure. The similarity and transformation relationship of the grab model test are obtained by the method of dimension analysis and the equation analysis. It is required that the single-value quantities are the same, the materials are the same, the relation of the intensity is geometric scaling, and the rigidity is scaled by a factor of square. Requirements of stability similar to the various parts of the model must be grasped with a certain weight to approximate the similar stability.
