党的十八大以来,我们党大力推进反腐败斗争,一大批腐败分子包括许多腐败高官应声落马,人民群众拍手称快、高度赞誉。不过,也有一些人包括国外媒体脑洞大开,以美剧《纸牌屋》式思维想象我国的反腐败斗争,将一些腐败分子落马看成是权力斗争的结果。对于这种怪论,有必要进行辨析,以正视听。一些人之所以认为反腐败是权力斗争,一个重要原因是落马高官级别之高超乎他们的想象。一些人仍然秉持“刑不上大夫”旧观念,认为高级别官员肯定不会因为腐败而落马,要落马肯定就是权力斗争的结果。再加上当前
