我国当代民营企业管理受传统儒学文化、港台企业管理方式、西方管理理论以及我国建国后的管理思想和实践的不同程度的影响,其管理方式既与当前企业发展相适应,也存在制约企业发展的弊端。要增强民营企业竞争和发展实力,必须重视建设先进的企业文化和管理机制,实现制度化管理和人性管理的有机结合。
The management of contemporary private enterprises in our country is influenced by the traditional Confucianism, the management methods of Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises, the western management theories and the management thoughts and practices after the founding of our country.
