[目的/意义]在大数据时代情报工程化背景之下,情报需求变得越来越复杂,获取的难度越来越大,工程化特征明显,需要将工程化思维引入情报需求开发。[方法/过程]首先,提出情报需求工程的理念和内涵;然后分析其特点和必要性;再探讨情报需求工程的过程及方法。[结果/结论]研究能为情报工程背景下的情报需求获取工作提供新思路,丰富情报工程的理论体系。
[Purpose / Significance] Under the background of intelligence engineering in the era of big data, the intelligence needs become more and more complex, the acquisition is more and more difficult, the engineering features are obvious, and the engineering thinking needs to be brought into the intelligence demand development. [Method / Process] First of all, the concept and connotation of the project of intelligence needs are proposed. Then the characteristics and necessity of the project are analyzed. Then the process and method of the project of intelligence needs are discussed. [Result / Conclusion] The research can provide new ideas for obtaining information needs in the context of information engineering and enrich the theoretical system of information engineering.
