旅游业的迅速发展,加大了对旅游人才的渴求。2017年6月27日,国家旅游局发布了《“十三五”旅游人才发展规划纲要》,从指导思想、任务目标,到主要举措、保障措施,规划了今后旅游人才培养的方向和目标。但高职院校旅游管理专业学生的行内就业率却比较低。笔者从高职院校和学生方面进行了分析,并提出相应的解决策略,希望对提高旅游管理专业学生的行内就业率有所裨益。
The rapid development of tourism has increased the thirst for tourist talent. On June 27, 2017, the China National Tourism Administration released the “Outline for the Thirteen Five” Tourism Development Plan for Tourism Talents. From the guiding ideology and mission objectives to the major initiatives and safeguards, it plans the direction of future tourist personnel training aims. However, the employment rate of tourism management majors in higher vocational colleges is relatively low. The author analyzes the higher vocational colleges and students and puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve the problems, hoping to improve the employment rate of tourism management majors.
