执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设。本文认真分析了党的执政能力建设存在一些突出问题:党的领导方式、执政方式还不完善;一些领导能力素质与全面建设小康社会要求不相适应;部分党的基层组织软弱涣散;党群、干群关系令人堪忧等。对此,本文提出了解决问题的具体措施。
The construction of governing ability is a fundamental construction of the party after it takes power. This article carefully analyzes some prominent problems in the building of the party’s ability to govern: the party’s leadership style and its governing style are still not perfect; some of the qualities of leadership are incompatible with the requirements of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way; the grassroots organizations of some parties are weak and weak; The relationship between cadres and people is worrying.
