螺旋机是盾构机的重要组成部分。它通过土压平衡来控制地表的沉降,保证盾构推进顺利。由于地层的复杂性,操作以及机器自身影响等因素,容易造成螺旋机叶片磨损,使得叶片与筒体之间间隙过大,影响出土以及加剧机器损毁,所以必须维修损坏的螺片。以印度新德里5号线在中风化、微风化玄武岩地层中进行盾构螺旋机螺杆(在隧道内)拆装为例,论述在隧道内拆装螺旋机螺杆的操作要点及关键技术。
Screw machine is an important part of shield machine. It controls the settlement of the earth’s surface through the earth’s pressure balance and ensures the shield goes well. Due to the complexity of the formation, the operation and the influence of the machine itself, it is easy to cause the helical blade to wear out. As a result, the clearance between the blade and the tube body is too large, affecting the excavation and exacerbating the damage to the machine. Therefore, the damaged screw must be repaired. Taking the disassembly and assembly of shield screw (inside the tunnel) in the weathered and slightly weathered basalt in New Delhi, India as an example, the operating points and key technologies of disassembling and installing screw in the tunnel are discussed.
