1981年6月5日至8日冶金部安全技术局在郑州铝厂召开了《工业氟害》普查工作座谈会。会议听取了氟害普查进展情况的汇报和关于《工业氟骨症诊断标准暂行方案》试行情况的反应,并对受氟害工人处理意见等问题进行了讨论。会议肯定了工业氟害防治工作已取得的初步成绩,明确了今后氟害防治普查工作的任务。针对冶金系统氟防协作组提出的,经卫生部认可的,在冶金系统试行的《工业氟骨症诊断标准暂行方案》进行了充分的讨论,一致认为骨骼改变为主要特征,结合临床、化验等
June 5-8, 1981 Metallurgical Department of Safety and Technology Bureau in Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant held a “industrial fluorine” census work forum. The meeting listened to the report on the progress made in the investigation of fluorine census and the response to the pilot implementation of the “Interim Plan for Diagnosing Industrial Fluorosis” and discussed the handling of opinions by fluorine-exposed workers. The meeting affirmed the initial achievements made in the prevention and control of industrial fluorine hazards and defined the tasks of the future work on fluorine pollution prevention and control. For the Metallurgical System FKM proposed by the Ministry of Health approved in the metallurgical system pilot “diagnostic criteria for industrial fluoridation Interim Plan,” were fully discussed, agreed that the main features of skeletal changes, combined with clinical, laboratory, etc.
