用CHAN-7400型高温高压流变仪对大庆钻水平井用小阳离子钻井液的高温高压流变性进行了实验研究,对描述该钻井液高温高压流变性的流变模式进行了优选。实验结果表明,赫-巴模式是描述该钻井液高温高压流变性的最佳模式;钻井液在所有剪切速率下的剪切应力,随温度升高呈下降趋势,随压力增大呈微弱的增大趋势;赫-巴模式流变参数即高剪切速率下粘度η_H和屈服应力τ_y,以及AV、PV和YP随温度升高而下降,随压力增大而增大,但受压力的影响较小。
High temperature and high pressure rheological properties of small cationic drilling fluid for horizontal drilling well in Daqing Oilfield were studied by CHAN-7400 high temperature and high pressure rheometer.
