高校记者团对新媒体环境下高校宣传工作具有重要意义。它是高校提升新媒体运用能力的重要补充;是高校宣传贯彻社会主义核心价值体系的重要纽带;是高校宣传工作贯彻群众路线的重要途径。目前,高校记者团建设还存在思想理论水平不高,危机处理功能较少,宣传伦理意识不强等不足,需要通过加强政策学习,提升政治理论水平;重视舆情监测和疏导,提高危机处理能力;坚持以人为本,提升媒介素养等方面加强新媒体环境下高校记者团建设,提高高校宣传工作的质量和效率。
College press corps is of great significance to propaganda work of colleges and universities under new media environment. It is an important supplement for colleges and universities to enhance their ability to use new media. It is an important link between colleges and universities in propagandizing and implementing the socialist core value system. It is also an important way for university publicity work to carry out the mass line.
