基于能力视角,探究农民工创业者的网络能力、动态能力与创业绩效之间的作用关系,并运用结构方程模型分析方法,对187个农民工创业样本进行实证研究。结果表明:创业者的网络能力能够正向影响自身动态能力和新创企业的市场绩效,但是对财务绩效的影响并不显著;动态能力在网络能力与财务绩效的关系中起到完全中介作用,在网络能力与市场绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用。
Based on the ability perspective, this paper explores the relationship between migrant workers ’entrepreneurial network capabilities, dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial performance, and uses the structural equation modeling method to analyze 187 migrant workers’ entrepreneurship samples. The results show that: the entrepreneur’s network competence can positively influence his or her dynamic capabilities and the market performance of new startups, but the impact on financial performance is not significant; dynamic capabilities play a complete intermediary role in the relationship between network capabilities and financial performance, Part of the intermediary role in the relationship between network capabilities and market performance.
