目的:掌握象山半岛农村居民土源性线虫流行现状,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法:设立两个监测点,采集3周岁以上常住居民粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法,计数检测土源性线虫虫卵;3~12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。结果:共调查2 113人,感染97人,感染率为4.59%,儿童蛲虫感染率为13.28%。结论:象山半岛农村居民土源性线虫感染率大幅度下降,幼儿和中老年农民是感染寄生虫的重点人群。
Objective: To grasp the prevalence of soil-borne nematodes among rural residents in Xiangshan Peninsula, and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and cure strategies. Methods: Two monitoring points were set up to collect feces of residents over the age of 3 years old. The modified Kato thick smear method was used to count the soil-borne nematode eggs. The eggs of 3-12-year-old children were screened by translucent adhesive tape anal swab method. Results: A total of 2 113 people were investigated, 97 were infected, the infection rate was 4.59%, and the prevalence of pinworm in children was 13.28%. Conclusion: The infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in rural residents of Xiangshan Peninsula has dropped significantly. Young and middle-aged peasants are the key population infected with parasites.
