石油行业是高危行业,高危在石油等产品都是易燃易爆的危险品,高危在管理的设备大都是压力容器。隐患是安全生产的大敌,如何消减隐患并减少隐患带来的损失,应急管理体系的建设显得尤为必要,应急能力提高是当务之急。本文通过对现代应急管理理论的研究,阐述了储运系统应急管理标准化建设的几点设想,构建完备的应急管理体系,增强储运系统应急反应能力。
The petroleum industry is a high-risk industry. The high-risk products such as petroleum are flammable and explosive dangerous goods, and the most dangerous equipment under management is pressure vessels. Hidden risk is the enemy of production safety, how to reduce hidden dangers and reduce hidden losses caused by the construction of emergency management system is particularly necessary, emergency response capacity is imperative. Based on the research of modern emergency management theory, this article elaborates some tentative ideas on the standardization of emergency management of storage and transportation system, constructs a complete emergency management system and enhances the emergency response ability of the storage and transportation system.
