连铸机板坯自动测量及定位系统为非接触式系统。该系统通过红外摄像机远距离采集运动钢坯的图像信息,采用先进的图像处理技术在线识别热板坯,高精度激光测量设备检测切割车及切割定尺挡板位置,计算机对图像信息以及测量数据进行模式识别和程序处理,形成操作信息并转换为规定格式的电信号,控制执行机构对热钢坯进行精确切割。系统集铸坯速度控制、测长、微调切割车和切割控制等功能于一体,是一种远距离、非接触式的高效测量定位系统。
