当前,铁路基础建设处于高速发展阶段,大量国有资产投入到铁路工程建设中,投资大、项目多、任务重,而工程建设领域易发犯罪的环节较多,结合近年来的发案情况,分析铁路工程建设领域职务犯罪的表现形式及成因,据此提出预防职务犯罪,对确保工程建设安全、防止国有资产流失具有重要意义。
At present, the railway infrastructure is in a stage of rapid development. A large number of state-owned assets have been invested in the construction of railway projects. There are a lot of investments, many projects and heavy tasks. However, there are many links between crimes in the field of engineering construction. Combining with the crimes in recent years, The manifestations and causes of job-related crimes in the field of railway construction suggest that the prevention of job-related crimes is of great significance to ensuring the safety of construction projects and preventing the loss of state-owned assets.
