This article describes a method of analyzing digital circuits - the state transition notation method, and proposes a method and procedure for using state transition notation as a tool to solve asynchronous counter design. This is the author’s efforts and attempts to find a reasonable way in the analysis and design of asynchronous sequential circuits.
