著名脱口秀节目《柯南秀》,是美国最受欢迎的电视娱乐节目之一,自开播以来广受好评,主持人以其轻松幽默的主持风格受到广大观众的喜爱与支持。本文将以《柯南秀》为研究文本,从Sperber和Wilson的关联理论角度研究分析《柯南秀》中幽默语言的发笑原理。其发笑原理在于最大关联和最佳关联的反差,认知语境的差异,明示和推理的反差。通过分析得出关联理论用来解释幽默语言有很大的说服力。
The famous talk show Conan Show, one of the most popular TV entertainment programs in the United States, has been widely acclaimed since its launch. The host has enjoyed and supported the audience with its easy and humorous hosting style. This article will take “Kenanxiu” as the research text, from the perspective of the relevance theory of Sperber and Wilson to analyze the laughter principle of humorous language in Conan Xiu. The principle of laughter lies in the contrast between the maximum association and the best association, the difference in cognitive context, and the contrast between inference and reasoning. It is convincing from the analysis that relevance theory is used to explain humorous language.
