采用TBA法研究了青蛙蝌蚪黑色素对小鼠肝脏体外过氧化作用的抑制。研究发现，蝌蚪黑色素能有效清除激发态自由基。对肝脂质过氧化有明显抑制作用。抑制率可达36．4％。
TBA method was used to study the frog tadpole melanin on mouse liver in vitro inhibition of peroxidation. The study found that tadpole melanin can effectively clear the excited state of free radicals. Liver lipid peroxidation was significantly inhibited. Inhibition rate of up to 36.4%.
