陕西省金属学会粉末冶金学术委员会邀请中国金属学会粉末冶金学术委员会副主任、《粉末冶金技术》主编、北京钢铁学院赖和怡教授,冶金部钢铁研究总院高级工程师葛昌纯博士以及北京钢铁学院王盘新同志,于1984年8月1日至8月13日在西安市庆华电器制造厂举办了西北地区粉末冶金烧结理论讲座。参加讲座的有从事粉末冶金科研和生产的十七个单位共38人,学员均具有大专以上程度。陕西省金属学会粉末冶金学术委员会主任廖际常同志、副主任彭德运副总工程师主持了这次讲
Shanxi Metallurgical Society of Powder Metallurgy Academic Committee invited the Chinese Academy of Metallurgical Society of Powder metallurgy academic committee deputy editor, “Powder Metallurgy Technology” editor, Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Lai and Professor Ye, Metallurgical Institute of Iron and Steel Research Institute Dr. Ge Changchun and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Wang Xin new comrades in From August 1, 1984 to August 13, 1984, a seminar on powder metallurgy sintering theory in Northwest China was held in Xi’an Qinghua Electric Appliance Manufacturing Factory. Participants in the seminar engaged in powder metallurgy research and production of a total of 17 units of 38 people, all students have a college degree or above. Liao Jichang, director of the Shanxi Metallurgical Society of Powder Metallurgy Academic Committee, deputy director Peng Deyun, deputy chief engineer presided over this lecture
