我院于1983年12月以来应用XG-3型子宫腔镜检查68例,病例较完整37例,小结如下: 一、应用范围及操作方法子宫腔镜在临床上用于宫腔病变的诊断和药物粘堵绝育。本组用于诊断。患者生殖器急性炎症,体温37.5℃以上,月经或异常子宫出血、疤痕子宫和妊娠等禁用。 1.术前10～15分钟常规0.05%硫酸阿托品1ml或654—2液10ml肌注。2.受术者取截石位,常规消毒外阴阴道,内诊确定子宫位置。安放窥器,碘酒、酒精消毒宫颈,探查宫腔深度及方向后宫口用
