近年来,我国的建筑市场发展迅猛,建筑规模越来越大,建筑高度越来越高,还出现了不少新的建筑形式,这些必将给高层建筑施工安全管理带来一系列的问题。国家颁布实施了《安全生产法》和《建设工程安全生产管理条例》,然而,由于某些施工企业安全管理不到位,安全检查流于形式,施工人员安全防范意识不强等原因,导致安全事故时有发生。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s construction market, building more and more large, higher and higher building height, there have been many new forms of construction, which will surely bring a series of high-rise building safety management issues.
