针对传统煤矿状态检测中人工巡检方法的实时性和准确性差等问题,提出了一种应用于煤矿提升安全状态的监测预警系统。制定了监测预警系统的总体设计方案,该方案的系统结构方式为集中管理和分散控制相结合的控制理念,工控核心处理器采用的是西门子的可编程逻辑控制器PLC。并设计了各个硬件组成模块以及组态软件、PLC程序等软件部分。该系统可实现煤矿提升安全状态实时高效地监控预警。
In view of the problems of poor real-time and accuracy of the manual inspection methods in the state detection of coal mines, a monitoring and early warning system applied to coal mine safety promotion is proposed. The overall design scheme of monitoring and early warning system is formulated. The system structure mode of this scheme is the control concept of centralized management and decentralized control. The core processor of industrial control adopts PLC of Siemens programmable logic controller. And designed all the hardware components and configuration software, PLC program and other software. The system can achieve real-time and efficient monitoring and early warning of mine safety status.
