This article studies the effects of exposing lead through the placenta and milk to the locomotor activity and central dopamine levels in mice. The results showed that the content of lead in blood and brain of the offspring increased significantly, and the content of blood lead was positively correlated with maternal blood lead. The low concentration of lead (blood lead value 1.25μmol / L) did not affect the level of dopamine in the brain of offspring, But increased the standing behavior of offspring. High concentrations of lead (blood lead value of 3.94μmol / L) not only increased the activity of offspring mice, but also led to the change of central dopamine level. Tip: Lead is more sensitive to behavior. Changes in behavior can occur when there has not been a significant change in dopamine levels.
