目的:探讨在大鼠挤压综合征模型下,姜黄素的干预效果研究。方法:利用人工制备的大鼠挤压模型,测量在不同的挤压时间下(6、12、24 h)以及在不同剂量[普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)组及高剂量组(200 mg/kg)]姜黄素干预大鼠挤压综合征模型的情况下,尿素氮、肌酐、钾离子的水平,观察挤压综合征的两大特点:肾功能损伤及高钾血症相应情况。结果:对照组、挤压组、姜黄素普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)和姜黄素高剂量组(200 mg/kg)的数据几乎都出现了一个统一的现象,在尿素氮、肌酐、钾离子3个项目上,均是在时间属性上的数据出现了统计学差异,并且任意两个数据之间都出现统计学差异(P<0.05);在组别的属性上,4个组别也出现了统计学差异,且任意两个数据之间也都出现统计学差异(P<0.05),在尿素氮、肌酐、血钾3个项目上,以姜黄素用量和不同时间点的对照组、挤压组、姜黄素普通剂量组(100 mg/kg)和姜黄素高剂量组(200 mg/kg)的数据的spearman秩相关分析,可以看出在3个项目的每个时间点的纵向数据中,除出现了P<0.05的情况,并且r值均小于零。结论:姜黄素在大鼠挤压综合征模型中,可以有效的缓解肾功能的损伤,作为一种常见而且廉价的中药制剂,在挤压综合征的治疗过程中,值得向更大的范围推广。

CONCLUSION: Curcumin can effectively relieve renal injury in the model of crush syndrome in rats. As a common and inexpensive traditional Chinese medicine preparation, curcumin should be extended to a wider range in the treatment of crush syndrome .
