Air conditioning cold storage is currently the most advanced method of storage of fruits and vegetables. According to the practical experiences of gas-free refrigerator design in recent years, the problems of the classification of gas-regulated refrigerator, the process conditions of fruits and vegetables and the installation and construction are pointed out.
