档案记忆观是档案学科的一种新兴观点,是以档案属性为依据,对社会记忆属性加以科学认识,并在此基础上明确档案与社会、国家、企业事业单位历史记忆的关系。档案记忆观为档案管理工作提供了一个全新的视角。在社会记忆的形成、建立进程中,档案发挥的作用不容小觑、维护方式也亟待探索。作为单位管理活动中形成的极具保存价值的信息,单位有传承档案记忆的构建、传承、维护职责。今日的档案管理解读着昨日的记忆,也构筑着明日的记忆。
Archival memory concept is a new view of archives subject, which is based on the attributes of archives and scientific understanding of social memory attributes. On this basis, the relationship between archives and the historical memories of social, state and enterprise institutions is clarified. File memory concept provides a new perspective for file management. In the process of the formation and establishment of social memory, the role played by archives should not be underestimated, and the mode of maintenance needs to be explored urgently. As a unit of management activities formed in the very preservation of the value of information, the unit has a heritage file memory of the construction, inheritance, maintenance responsibilities. Today’s file management interpretation of yesterday’s memory, but also build tomorrow’s memory.
