通过对关中渭河流域 42个猕猴桃园 60个美味猕猴桃叶样 (其中正常叶 3 0个 ,黄叶 3 0个 )中铁含量的测定分析 ,认为美味猕猴桃叶片中所含有效铁及全铁间无相关性 (绿叶的相关系数 r=0 .2 80 1 0 ;黄叶的相关系数 r=0 .1 460 7)。在正常叶中 ,有效铁含量 E=67.1 3± 2 7.63 (mg/kg) ,全铁含量 T=1 64.75± 5 2 .1 0(mg/kg) ;黄叶中有效铁含量 E=5 5 .0 2± 1 9.68(mg/kg) ,全铁含量 T=1 66.1 3± 5 0 .5 2 (mg/kg)。 t检验证明 :无论有效铁 (t=3 .70 )、全铁 /有效铁 (t=3 .98)还是有效铁 /全铁 (t=2 .85 ) ,黄叶和绿叶间均差异显著 (t0 .0 1=2 .74)。唯有全铁含量差异不显著 (t=0 .1 66)。
Based on the analysis of iron contents in 60 kiwifruit plants (including 30 normal leaves and 30 yellow leaves) from 42 kiwifruit farms in Guanzhong Weihe River Basin, it was concluded that there was no correlation between available iron and total iron contained in leaves of Actinidia deliciosa (The correlation coefficient of green leaves was r = 0.280 1 0; the correlation coefficient of yellow leaves was r = 0 .1 460 7).
