在建设学习型社会的背景下,普通高校举办非学历继续教育应改变办学理念,主动适应国家和社会发展所提出的新要求,并着力探索非学历继续教育的发展空间及发展趋势。能否准确判断继续教育未来的发展趋势、权衡学历教育和非学历教育两者的关系,并把握非学历继续教育的社会需求,是高校非学历继续教育面临的一个严峻挑战。新形势下,高校开展非学历继续教育必须明确自身定位,建立独立管理体制;引入项目管理的方法,建立教学质量监控体系;开拓发展市场,打造特色培训项目,为学员打造动态的学习环境。
In the context of building a learning society, holding non-academic degree continuing education in ordinary colleges and universities should change the concept of running a school and take the initiative to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the state and society. It also tries to explore the development space and development trend of non-academic continuing education. Whether we can accurately judge the future development trend of continuing education, weigh the relationship between academic qualifications and non-academic qualifications, and grasp the social needs of non-academic continuing education is a serious challenge for non-academic continuing education in colleges and universities. Under the new situation, colleges and universities must define their own position and establish an independent management system to carry out continuing education of non-academic qualifications. By introducing project management methods and establishing a monitoring and control system for teaching quality, it is necessary to open up markets and create distinctive training programs to create a dynamic learning environment for students.
