应用免疫组化ＳＰ法和计算机图象分析系统对ｂｃｌ－２基因蛋白在４１例鼻咽癌中的表达进行定性和定量分析，结果显示ｂｃｌ－２基因在鼻咽癌中出现异常高表达（阳性率为８２．９％），ｂｃｌ－２表达率和表达量与鼻咽癌组织学分级及颈淋巴结转移无显著性关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示ｂｃｌ－２基因对鼻咽上皮的良恶性诊断有重要的临床参考价值。
Immunohistochemical SP method and computer image analysis system were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the expression of bcl-2 gene protein in 41 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The results showed that bcl-2 gene was abnormally expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (positive The rate was 82.9%). The expression and expression of bcl-2 had no significant relationship with the histological grade and cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P>0.05). It is suggested that bcl-2 gene has important clinical reference value for the diagnosis of benign and malignant nasopharyngeal epithelium.
