目前,我军从事一线带兵的军官和士官多数未接受过医学知识培训。这种情况不利于部队军事训练的科学合理安排和训练伤的预防。本文建议加强对一线带兵人的医学知识培训,并强化医务部门在军事训练中的指导与监督作用。
At present, most military and non-commissioned officers and soldiers of our armed forces engaged in front-line military training have not received any medical knowledge. This situation is not conducive to the scientific and rational arrangements for military training of troops and the prevention of training injuries. This article suggests strengthening medical knowledge training for frontline troops and strengthening the guidance and supervision of the medical service in military training.
