提高就业成功率找工前用电脑测素质佛山市劳动就业服务中心已引入一套名为《cettic 职业素质测评系统》的职业素质测评系统,该系统是由劳动和社会保障部中国就业培训技术指导中心研发,佛山以及广州、深圳等城市成为该软件的首批使用城市之一。佛山劳动部门介绍,系统已调试完毕,在12月正式面向社会使用。佛山市劳动就业服务中心的梁振新副主任表示,经验表明,利用电脑程序作职业素质测试可大大提高劳动者的就业成功率,在国外已经很流行,在我国的大城市、大企业中已经普及开来,但在佛山知道的人并不多。梁振新认为,首先要从最容易接受新观念的在校生或应届毕业生入手,提倡在佛山普及接受素质测试的观念。
