在农业机械中采用热浸渗锌可延长零件的使用寿命,因而应用较多,但是如何提高渗锌锅的使用寿命是个问题。我们分析研究了影响寿命的因素,找到了适用的材料和提高寿命的方法,由于锅壁和熔融的锌长期接触,会形成锌铁合金相层,该相组织脆性大,和铁的热膨胀系数相差大,重复加热时易剥落和开裂,使得锌再与内层铁化合,造成渗锌锅耐久性差。
The use of hot-dip infiltration of zinc in agricultural machinery can extend the service life of parts, which are more used, but how to improve the life of zinc-infiltration pot is a problem.
