山西抗战在全国抗战中占有极其重要的历史地位,被称为“全国抗战的模范区与华北抗战的中心根据地”,因而,山西抗日民族统一战线的历史成为研究山西和华北抗战历史的重点。本文运用大量的最新的史料,从新的角度尽可能全面地论证了抗日民族统一战组织——第二战区民族革命战争战地总动员委员会(简称战委会),在山西和华北抗战中重要历史地位和经验教训。首先,阐述并肯定了“战委会”是我党我军努力与国民党地方实力派阎锡山集团在第二战区(主要在山西)合作,建立广泛的抗日民族统一战线和实现全面抗战路线的产物;其次,分析了“战委会”的性质和特点,论证了我党的领导核心作用和它对于巩固、扩大山西抗日民族统一战线,发动和领导战区民众,为实现人民战争所发挥的伟大作用,从而证明了它是抗战初期全国范围内的一个模范的抗日民族统一战线组织;再次,论述了党在战委会中对待阎锡山策略方针的具体运用;最后,扼要总结了“战委会”具有深远意义的经验教训,指出,实行第三次国共合作,建立新时期最广泛的爱国统一战线,完成统一祖国的大业一定能够实现。
Shanxi Anti-Japanese War occupies an extremely important historical position in the entire national anti-Japanese war. It is called “the model area of the National War and the base area of the North China Anti-Japanese War.” Therefore, the history of the anti-Japanese national united front became the focus of studying the anti-Japanese history of Shanxi and North China.
