目的:比较不同消毒方法作用于被耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌人工染菌的物体表面后不同时刻的杀菌效果。方法:通过模拟现场消毒实验方法,分别采用我院目前使用的含氯消毒液、过氧乙酸溶液、医用消毒湿巾、酸性氧化电位水,对人工染菌的物体表面进行擦拭后15min、30min、1h和2h采样及培养,比较不同消毒方法在消毒后不同时刻的杀菌效果。结果:消毒液作用于被耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌人工染菌的物体表面四个时间段,消毒效果由强到弱依次为过氧乙酸溶液、含氯消毒液、医用消毒湿巾、酸性氧化电位水。结论:综合考虑一次性医用消毒湿巾消毒效果较为显著,且能够减少医院交叉感染,是目前医院物体表面消毒的理想选择。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the bactericidal effect of different disinfection methods on the surface of artificial resistant bacteria of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii at different times. Methods: By simulating field disinfection experiment methods, the disinfectant, peracetic acid solution, medical disinfectant wipes and acidic oxidation potential water currently used in our hospital were respectively used for 15min, 30min, 1h and 2h sampling and culture, compare different sterilization methods at different times after disinfection bactericidal effect. Results: The disinfectant was applied to the surface of artificial resistant bacteria which was resistant to carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii for four time periods. The disinfecting effects were peracetic acid solution, chlorinated disinfectant solution, medical disinfectant solution Towel, acid oxidation potential water. Conclusion: Considering the disinfection effect of one-time medical disinfection wet wipes is significant, and can reduce hospital cross-infection, it is the ideal choice for the disinfection of the surface of hospital objects.
